Meet the team

Mr. Ellis, is a Chief Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, with over 23 years of experience in leadership, strategic planning, and project management. Mr. Ellis also has over 20 years in the utility industry, to include operations management. Through formal education, Mr. Ellis has achieved a bachelor’s degree in management, a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Project Management and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Analysis. Not only has Mr. Ellis assisted several individuals with career coaching, but he has also guided several businesses in improving their operational efficiencies.  Mr. Ellis takes pride in being self-driven focused on excellence and achievement to the highest level.

 Mr. Emanuel has 14 years of experience in nonprofit, human services, and program conception. Mr. Emanuel’s combined experience working with at risk youth and vulnerable adults range from frontline engagement to administrative training and leadership. Mr. Emanuel has obtained a bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in Organizational Management and a Master of Management and Leadership. Mr. Emanuel has assisted many with nonprofit start up including his own 501(c)3 for youth character and leadership development. Mr. Emanuel is highly motivated to help others organize their ideas and turn their dreams to reality.
