A decorated military leader and lifelong learner, Mr. Ellis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management, and Graduate Certificates in Financial Analysis and Technology Leadership. His academic and professional pursuits reflect a deep commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and results-driven performance.

Beyond executive leadership, Mr. Ellis has dedicated himself to developing others—providing career coaching, mentorship, and operational guidance to individuals and organizations alike. Mr. Emanuel serves as Chief Strategy Officer, leveraging more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, human services, and strategic program design. His career reflects a deep commitment to empowering people and transforming communities—spanning frontline engagement with at-risk youth and vulnerable adults to leading executive-level training and organizational development initiatives.

Mr. Emanuel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Management and a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership. A visionary strategist and founder, he has successfully launched and supported numerous nonprofit organizations, including his own 501(c)(3) dedicated to advancing youth character and leadership development.
