Randy is a RBLP-T with over 20 years of experience building and leading resilient teams. His extensive senior management knowledge has enabled him to lead teams world-wide from as small as 5 team members and as large as 250-300 personnel. With a primary focus on coaching and mentoring, Randy is focused on providing the training requirements for one of three RBLP Certifications.
